The Practice

The Practice is a full-service company that provides services to individuals, families, and closely-held businesses for more than 20 years. Clients can range from a single mom to a complex family structure; a trades person to senior executive with executive compensation plans and options. Businesses can range from small companies to large complex organizations. Clients are provided services in tax, bookkeeping, accounting, financial statements, and advisory services. The Principal

Joseph Cusumano is the driving force behind the Practice. He is a family man with adult children. He is both a CPA and MBA. His career began in college when he started his first company. If asked, he would describe himself as an entrepreneur who happens to be a CPA. His CPA career began in Public Accounting for 5 years after college and then he entered private industry where he launched several companies of his own and worked as an executive for others.

Before he returned to Public Accounting again, he held various positions culminating in executive positions such as CFO, CEO, and Chairman. Detailed experience was gained in sales, marketing, finance, and operations. These companies ranged from small to multi-million dollar complex organizations spanning multi-state operations. He understands the details and the big picture, and applies those skills to serve his clients.
